Towne & Aurell completed site work for the renovation of the White Ash Farm Estate in Washington, CT under the design and management team of Haver and Skolnick Architects, Churchill Builders, and Smith & Company Surveyors & Engineers.  Scope included construction of a new house, renovation of an existing entertainment barn, renovation of an existing guest house, demolition of an existing house, renovation of an existing garage, renovation of an existing maintenance barn, construction of a new pool and pool house and extensive site improvements and landscaping.  Site work included excavation, grading, roadway installation, drainage, water recharge systems, septic systems, underground utilities, demolition, pond cleaning, landscaping, and paving.  Towne & Aurell’s crews were involved in the project from groundbreaking excavation to final installation of seed and sod and everything in between.
